1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using dosing.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

dosing.app is a medication and supplement tracking application that helps users plan dosing protocols, calculate doses, log medication intake, and receive reminders. The Service is a tracking and reminder tool and does not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

There is no age restriction for using dosing.app. However, by using the Service, you represent that you accept full responsibility for your use of the application and any decisions made based on information displayed within it. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you accept responsibility for their use.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for:

• Personal medication, supplement, and protocol tracking
• Dose calculations and scheduling based on your own data
• Receiving reminders for your own dosing schedule

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

6. Subscription Terms

dosing.app offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is owned by dosing.app and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

Data you enter into the Service (medications, protocols, dose logs) remains your property. We claim no ownership over your personal health data.

8. Medical Disclaimer

dosing.app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Dose calculations are based entirely on user-entered data. The accuracy of calculations depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, modifying, or stopping any medication or protocol.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dosing.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Health outcomes resulting from the use of the Service
• Incorrect dose calculations due to inaccurate user input
• Missed reminders due to device settings, network issues, or app errors
• Loss of data
• Service interruptions or downtime

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
